15/06/2018 (KR)L'émission donne naissance à un groupe japonais-coréen, qui restera actif pendant deux ans et demi. 96 stagiaires participent à l’émission : 39 viennent du groupe japonais AKB48 (et ses variantes) et 57 appartiennent à des agences sud-coréennes. Comme lors de l'émission originale PRODUCE 101, le public choisit les 12 membres qui constituent le groupe final.
