En pleine période des fêtes de fin d'année, elle se présente au grand magasin Cartwright dans l’espoir de décrocher un poste d’intérimaire et se retrouve à devoir jouer le Père Noël, grâce à l’intervention du mystérieux Harry Osbourne. Bien que terrifiée à l’idée d’être démasquée, Nicky se révèle très vite être un Père Noël fantastique.
